SteelCast was founded by a group of internet entrepreneurs who needed a ground to breed ideas that lay outside of their current companies’ core competencies.
These ideas are our fuel source and raw product. Just as steel-making uses carbon and raw iron ore to create molten iron, we utilize our ideas to create a raw material that can become something beautiful.
Steelmakers utilize a blast furnace to help turn their product into molten ore. For SteelCast, the first three months of our process serve as a high pressure R&D environment to turn our ideas into prototypes and data-supported business models.
The product is a working business model.
With a raw product, it’s time to take our process to the next level and find the talent to implement our ideas. Steelmakers take iron and oxygen to refine the iron into steel. The result is a process that creates sparks. We believe passionate CEOs that build equally passionate teams breathe life into our business models, creating a
company from a plan.
Like steelmakers, we then move to forming and refining our product. We help our CEOs find proper monetization, grow their businesses, and slowly move them towards operating independently.
